If your employees aren’t happy before they come to work, there’s a good chance they’ll walk out your door the way they came in.
There isn’t an agency owner, on some level, that doesn’t want to try and get the most out of their people and provide an enjoyable working environment.
The problem is trying to figure out what your employees need in that environment to make the 40 plus hours a week they spend their happy.
That’s why Jason Cass wanted to talk with Josh Witt, President of The Insurance Group in Knoxville, Tennessee about his discovery creating that magical place.
Josh took it as far as using tracking software on his employees computers to see exactly the type of work they weren’t doing while they were unhappy at work.
