HOW YOU AND I ARE GOING TO CHANGE THIS INDUSTRY … AN OPPORTUNITY TO FINALLY HAVE YOUR VOICE.
Welcome to Agents Influence and our first-ever video. We are kicking this off with one of the most controversial topics in all of the independent insurance agency business: commissions and pay structure of agencies.
Commission and pay structure of the independent insurance industry have a huge impact on the entire community. Let’s face it – there is a big problem facing our industry right now. There is very little young talent entering the industry … and those that do sign on are not staying.
In my first video/topic, I will address this highly controversial issue and I need your thoughts on what we can do about it. No matter who you are, you have a right to have a voice in the biggest issues affecting you.
You see, I’m not suggesting that agents need to get paid more. I think we need to more closely examine HOW agents are being paid – and the impact it’s having on the entire industry. Not only is it stopping us from moving our industry forward but it is killing the profitability of our agencies and insurance companies.
