If you can’t get the very first thing right, why should anyone believe you’ll be better with the second, third or fourth?
Since starting this show over seven months ago, I’ve had the opportunity to listen how a lot of agencies answer their phone. Most of what you’ve heard so far has been the best of the best, or at the very least the ones who were interested in talking with me.
The truth is, most of the time I have a hard time getting agents to answer their phone, during business hours. I also don’t just call once. Sometimes I will call an agent three or four times and always get their voicemail.
Even worse, the experience I’ve had with the people who do answer agents phones has been questionable at best. In reality it has been borderline awful.
